We'll explore the traditional asanas (or “poses”) of yoga, with basic to challenging options offered and an emphasis on postural alignment to increase muscle strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Calming breathing techniques and the meditative aspect of the practice may be featured. Suitable for all levels.
