These classes explore different asanas and go back to the basics of yoga. We introduce different ways of looking at each asana, helping to become more aware of the alignment of our bodies for a safer, more clear direction. This class helps us access and integrate new movements into our body, creating memory and awareness of how we move and how to isolate, release, and contract different muscles in the body.
